Acceptable Use Policy

Published by AZVORO LTD for azvoro.com · last revised 12 October 2026

Azvoro is a shop for people buying codes for themselves and for the people they give them to. This policy says what is not allowed on azvoro.com, so that the store stays safe for everyone using it.

Honest payment

Use only payment cards you are authorised to use. Using stolen or borrowed card details, testing cards, or topping up with money you intend to dispute is fraud; we report it and close the account.

One person, one account

Do not open several accounts, create accounts for other people, or share or sell access to yours. Do not register with false details.

Fair buying

Codes are sold for personal use and gifting. Buying in bulk for resale, or reselling codes bought here, needs our written agreement. We may limit quantities on any listing.

The site itself

Do not try to get around our security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, overload the site, or collect its content with automated tools. Do not interfere with other customers' use of the store. If you have found a security problem, please tell us at [email protected]; we welcome responsible reports.

Platform rules

Do not use codes to break the terms of the platform or brand that issued them, for example by evading a regional restriction. We cannot help with an account a platform has restricted for that reason.

Messages to us

Keep messages to our support team civil. Abusive or threatening messages are not answered.

What we may do

If we have reasonable grounds to believe this policy has been broken, we may refuse or cancel an order, withhold undelivered codes, suspend the account while we look into it, or close it. Where we close an account for fraud, balance obtained through that fraud is not refunded. In other cases, unspent balance from legitimate top-ups is handled under the Refund Policy.
