This policy explains what personal data AZVORO LTD collects when you use azvoro.com, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is AZVORO LTD, operator of azvoro.com. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected] or use the contact form.
What we collect
| Data | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a one-way hash) | You, when you open an account |
| Billing name, phone and address, and the payment reference | You, when you top up; the payment reference from your bank or our payment provider |
| Orders, codes delivered, balance movements and invoices | Created as you use the store |
| Messages you send us | The contact form and e-mail |
| IP address, approximate country, browser type and security signals | Your browser, when you visit and when you pay |
We never receive or store your full card number or security code. Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and handled by them.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run your account and deliver what you buy — opening the account, loading the balance, placing orders, delivering codes and sending receipts. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To take payments and prevent fraud — checking top-ups, screening for stolen cards and abuse, and protecting the site. Basis: our legitimate interest in a safe store, and the contract.
- To keep records — invoices and accounting entries. Basis: legal obligation.
- To answer you — replying to messages and support requests. Basis: legitimate interest, or the contract where the message is about an order.
- To tell you about important changes — for example to these policies. Basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
We do not send marketing e-mail unless you have asked for it, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who need it to run the store, under contracts that bind them to protect it: our hosting provider; Cloudflare, which carries traffic to the site, protects it from attacks and runs the anti-bot check on our forms; our card payment provider; our e-mail delivery provider; and the suppliers from whom we obtain codes, who receive only the order details needed to supply them. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum where relevant).
How long we keep it
- Account data: while the account is open, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure, unless it is needed for a record listed below.
- Orders, top-ups and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Support messages: up to two years after the conversation ends.
- Security logs: no longer than twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account; we answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office, in the European Union the authority of the country where you live or work.
Security
Connections to azvoro.com are encrypted. Passwords are stored as hashes, codes are shown only when you ask to reveal them, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the store needs to work. The Cookie Policy lists them.
Children
The store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
