These terms govern the use of azvoro.com and every purchase made through it. The store is operated by AZVORO LTD. By opening an account, topping up a balance or placing an order you agree to them, together with the documents they refer to: the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Delivery terms and the Service Level Agreement.
The parties
The seller is AZVORO LTD, which runs the store at azvoro.com under the name Azvoro. Its registration particulars, where published, appear in the imprint at the foot of every page and in the margin of this document. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the contact form. "You" means the person who holds the account.
What Azvoro sells
Azvoro is a general store for digital goods: activation keys for PC and console games, downloadable content, software licences, gift cards, platform top-ups and in-game currency. Every item is supplied as a code delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.
We are a reseller. The game, programme or service behind a code is provided by its publisher, platform or issuing brand, under that party's own terms. Product names, logos and artwork belong to their owners and are shown only to identify what is for sale.
Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. One person holds one account; accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
Your account
Keep your password private and your e-mail address current, because codes and receipts are sent there. Activity under your login is treated as yours. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at [email protected] so we can lock it.
The balance
Purchases are paid from a prepaid balance held in your account. You load it by topping up with a supported payment method, as the Payment Policy describes. The balance is store credit for use on azvoro.com, held in euro. It earns no interest, is not a bank or e-money account, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Unspent balance can be refunded as set out in the Refund Policy.
There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges. Money leaves your card only when you confirm a top-up yourself.
Prices and listings
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. The price that counts is the one shown on the confirmation page at the moment you pay. Stock comes from our suppliers and can change between your visit and your order. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and return the full amount to your balance.
Each listing states its platform and, where relevant, the region in which the code can be activated. It is your responsibility to choose a code that matches the account and region where you will use it.
How a contract is formed
When you confirm an order on the checkout page, the total is taken from your balance and a contract for those items is formed between you and AZVORO LTD. If we cannot supply an item, that part of the order is cancelled and its price returned to your balance.
Delivery and the right to withdraw
Codes are delivered to your account and to your e-mail address, as the Delivery terms explain. Because a code is digital content supplied immediately at your request, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the statutory right to withdraw ends once the code is delivered. Your rights where a code is faulty are not affected; see the Refund Policy.
Activating a code
Activation and redemption happen on the platform or with the brand that issued the code. Their rules on regions, account limits and expiry apply. We are not responsible for a platform's decision about your account, but if a code itself is faulty or was already used before it reached you, we replace it or refund it.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may suspend or close an account that breaks it, that is used for fraud, or that is the subject of a chargeback we have reason to believe is abusive.
Liability
We supply codes with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as a supplier or platform outage, a failure of a payment provider, or a wide internet disruption. If such an event stops us delivering a paid order, we return the amount to your balance.
Closing your account
You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Unspent balance is then handled as the Refund Policy describes. We may close an account on reasonable notice, or at once where these terms have been seriously broken.
Changes
We may update these terms as the store or the law changes. Orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed. We tell account holders about material changes by e-mail before they take effect.
Law and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first; most problems are settled by e-mail. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which AZVORO LTD is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
