Azvoro uses one simple model: you load a prepaid balance, and every order is paid from it. This document explains how money moves on azvoro.com.
Two steps
First, you top up your balance in the lounge for an amount you choose. Second, when you confirm an order, its total is taken from that balance. No card is charged at checkout, and nothing is ever charged without your action.
How you can top up
Bank transfer (SEPA). You register a top-up in the lounge and receive a reference for it. Write to [email protected] quoting that reference and we send the account details for the transfer. Pay in euro with the reference in the payment description; the amount is credited to your balance when the transfer arrives.
Card. Card top-ups by Visa or Mastercard, through our payment provider with 3-D Secure authentication by your bank, are being switched on for this store. When they are available, you enter your card details on the provider's secure page; AZVORO LTD never sees or stores the full card number, and we ask for the card holder's billing address because your bank uses it to verify the payment.
Amounts and currency
A bank transfer top-up can be between €5 and €1,000; a card top-up, once available, between €10 and €1,000. The balance and all prices are held in euro. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee; that is set by your bank, not by us.
When the balance is credited
The amount is added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed — for a transfer, when it reaches our account. Each top-up has its own page showing its status, and an unpaid top-up can be cancelled there.
Invoices
Every credited top-up has an invoice from AZVORO LTD, which you can download from the statement in your lounge or from the top-up's own page.
What the balance is, and is not
The balance is store credit for azvoro.com. It does not expire, earns no interest, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Unspent balance can be refunded to the card it came from under the Refund Policy.
What appears on your statement
Each top-up is one payment you make yourself. There are no recurring payments, direct debits or stored cards.
Declined and disputed payments
If your bank declines a top-up, nothing is credited and nothing is charged. If you think a payment is wrong, write to [email protected] before disputing it with your bank, quoting the top-up reference.
